WHY THEY ARE SO GOOD

The fine folks at Nebraska Brewing Company strive every day to make their beers just a little bit better than they were the day before. That means they are constantly challenging themselves, learning, tinkering, but also submitting their beers to tastings and championships. To date, their beers have brought home more than fifty medals. They go to these events so they can grow and learn, take in the trends and the innovations that other brews around the country and the world are creating. But also, they go so that they can expose more and more people to the flavors and mastery of their beers. They like to spread the love. For that, we will be forever grateful.

Nebraska Brewing Company’s beers are all available in bottles and at their restaurant/brewpub. The pub has seven standard beers: Ale Storm (5.1% ABV, 13 IBU), Infinite Wit (4.7% ABV, 9 IBU), EOS Hefeweizen (5.2% ABV, 13 IBU), Brunette Nut Brown Ale (4.70% ABV, 20 IBU), Cardinal Pale Ale (6.0% ABV, 42 IBU), India Pale Ale (6.9% ABV, 72 IBU), and HopAnomaly (9.3% ABV, 87 IBU). The company also offers seven beers in its Barrel-Aged Reserve Series, which are bottled and can be enjoyed now or cellared and consumed at your leisure: Fathead Barley Wine Ale (12.1% ABV, 33 IBU), Black Betty Imperial Stout (11.3% ABV, 67 IBU), Mélange Á Trois Belgian-Style Ale (11.3% ABV, 31 IBU), HopAnomaly (imperial IPA aged in chardonnay barrels, formerly Hop God,10.6% ABV, 87 IBU), Apricot Au Poivre Saison Belgian-Style Ale (7.5% ABV, 27 IBU), Sexy Betty Imperial Stout (aged in brandy barrels, 11.0% ABV, 50 IBU), and Responsibly Belgian-Style Ale (aged in brandy barrels, 13.0% ABV, 35 IBU). In addition, there’s a rotating tap of Brewer’s Choice special releases—a treat for those who come back early and often.
